So how does it work? Below is a breakdown of a sample Realty for Relief ® transaction:

þ  You purchase a home for…lets say $300,000

þ  A Realtor’s typical commission (although negotiable) is 3%

o   In this case that’s $9,000

þ  Now with any other Realty Team the buck stops here…thanks so much and take care. But not with Realty for Relief®

þ  Instead your RfR Realtor will donate 10-33% of his/her commission to the CHARITY /CHURCH of YOUR choice.

 

That’s right up to 1/3 of our commission and YOU decide whom it benefits, and at

       NO added cost to you!!
